Priced for subcontractors.

Project-based plans with worker and project limits shown on each tier. The annual compliance check organises records held in Stathia against the SSIP Core Criteria for competent review; it does not replace the assessor.

In every plan

The annual compliance check.
Your evidence, organised for competent review.

You'll still renew your SSIP scheme. CHAS, SMAS, Constructionline — whichever one your clients ask for. That assessment belongs to the assessor and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Stathia organises the records entered during the year: RAMS approvals with names and dates against them, competence records, permit history, incidents, training, toolbox talks — filed section by section against the SSIP Core Criteria. The resulting report is a draft evidence index for competent-person review; missing, conflicting or out-of-date records remain visible rather than being treated as compliant.

You can run that internal review throughout the year. It supports preparation but does not replace the scheme's assessment, certificate or approval decision.

Mapped to the Core Criteria

Relevant Core Criteria sections with the available evidence and gaps shown underneath them.

Yours to check and sign

Generated from your data, and it says on its face that a competent person reviews and approves it before it goes to anyone. That’s how evidence is supposed to work.

Current, not annual

Run it the day before an audit, a PQQ or a client meeting. Not once, in February, and then hope.

¹ SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) mutually recognises the health-and-safety module between member schemes — CHAS, SMAS Worksafe, Constructionline/Acclaim, Alcumus and the rest. Stathia isn’t a member scheme and doesn’t award accreditation. We assemble the evidence you take into one.

What Stathia doesn't do

No BIM. The model lives in your designer's software and your main contractor's. We're not bolting a viewer on and calling it coordination.

No programme management. Your programme belongs where your client's already looking at it. Stathia records what was recorded — it doesn't tell you what to build next week.

No main-contractor project controls. No portfolio cost-value reconciliation, no supply-chain dashboards, no procurement suite. That software is built for the company above you. This one is yours.

We left all three out on purpose. A product that does everything for everyone does the paperwork badly — and the paperwork is the part that costs you the job.

Not ready to put the company on a plan?

There's a one-off route. The site paperwork packs are the same documents Stathia produces, written out in full and sold on their own — a complete RAMS, risk register, ITP, COSHH set, site forms and toolbox talks for a whole trade, yours to edit and use however you like.

No account, no trial, no call. You buy it and you download it.

Straight answers

Why per-project and not per-user?

Because your headcount moves week to week and your projects don't. You pay for the jobs you're running, everyone on them is covered, and adding your whole crew never costs you more. The one place your team size shows up is the monthly AI drafting allowance on Professional and above — and it only ever works in your favour: more people on the job, more drafting included.

What counts as an active worker?

Anyone who logged time in the last 30 days. Someone who's off the tools this month doesn't count against your limit until they're back.

Is VAT included in these prices?

The checkout shows the amount and any applicable tax before you commit. Tax treatment can change, so the checkout is the current source.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The 7-day trial opens the current trial modules without taking a card. AI use remains subject to the allowance shown in the product.

What does the annual compliance check actually give me?

A draft report structured to the SSIP Core Criteria, built from records held in Stathia — RAMS, competence, permits, incidents and training — with a score, recommendations and a dated evidence record. It helps a competent person review the available evidence; it does not award an SSIP certificate or replace an assessment by an assessing body.

Which features are held back for the higher plans?

The plan table is the current source for module access, project and worker limits, AI allowance and support. Check it before choosing a tier.

Does this replace CHAS?

No. SSIP recognition operates through member schemes and an assessing body awards the certification. A Stathia report is an internal evidence review: it organises the records held in the platform against the Core Criteria so a competent person can check gaps and prepare the material requested by an assessor.

Is the compliance score an accreditation?

No. It's your own data, scored against a published framework, and the report carries a notice on it saying a competent person has to review and approve it before it's relied on or shared. It's your evidence, presented properly. The accreditation stays the assessor's to give.

My main contractor uses Procore. Doesn't that cover me?

Stathia gives your business its own controlled record and export route. That means you can retain evidence in line with your own contractual, legal and data-retention duties instead of relying on continued access to a client's platform.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes. Plan changes follow the billing controls shown in your account, and the tenant export provides the available organisation data in a portable archive.
